Lee Miller is a small business owner with extensive business and technical writing experience. She has been a product support manager and instructional designer for an automotive industry service provider; and has developed end-user electronic and software user guides for an employment agency and staffing firm. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in language studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz where she graduated with honors (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Master’s degree in Linguistics from San Diego State University.
